CONTRIBUTIONS TO NY GREEN INDUSTRY COUNCIL:

NYGIC relies on contributions from member associations and industry groups to advance its goals. 

There are two ways that you can contribute to NYGIC's efforts:

  • CONTRIBUTIONS TO NYGIC

    • Support NYGIC’s Operations

    • Provide Access to Resources and Benefits

    • Foster Industry Collaboration

    • Allow NYGIC to Provide You With Legislative and Regulatory Advocacy and Representation

  • CONTRIBUTIONS TO GREENPAC

    • Amplify Our Collective Voice in Government

    • Protect Our Profession From Legislation and Regulations That Hurt our Businesses

    • Support Advocacy and Relationship-Building in State Government

    • Show Lawmakers That We Are Organized and Serious

      Please Note: Corporations may give $5,000 per calendar year in the aggregate to a PAC, individual campaigns, campaign committees.  In-kind contributions count against this limit. Individuals may give unlimited funds per calendar year.

Internal Revenue code section 6033(e) requires that New York Green Industry Council, Inc. notify you that 100% of your contributions and membership dues are allocated to lobbying activities. The percentage of your dues payment is not an allowable business deduction in determining taxable income.
